基于BP-PID的应急救援机器人步进电机控制算法研究
Research on stepper motor control algorithm of emergency rescue robot based on BP-PID
【摘要】 应急救援机器人的应用能够有效提高应急救援能力,电机作为机器人的核心驱动装置,其控制精度的高低将直接影响机器人性能的优劣。设计BP-PID步进电机控制系统,运用MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真。结果表明,相比于PID控制,BP-PID控制超调量更小、调节时间更短,控制效果更好。
【Abstract】 The application of emergency rescue robot can effectively improve the emergency rescue ability. As the core driving device of robot,the control precision of motor will directly affect the performance of robot. The BP-PID stepper motor control system is designed and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink software. The results show that compared with PID control,BP-PID control has smaller overshoot,shorter adjustment time and better control effect.
