亮斑扁角水虻幼虫生物转化对鸡粪中FAdV-4的消减作用研究
Reduction of Fowl Adenovirus Serotype 4(FAdV-4) in Chicken Manure by Biotransformation of Black Soldier Fly Larvae
【摘要】 将亮斑扁角水虻幼虫(black soldier fly larvae, BSFL)接入含禽腺病毒血清4型(FAdV-4)的鸡粪中(0~18 d),采用TaqMan qPCR和16S rDNA高通量测序分析了BSFL转化过程中FAdV-4含量的动态变化和微生物区系演化。结果表明,BSFL转化能够显著消减鸡粪中的FAdV-4群体载量,转化18 d时FAdV-4减少率达到了99.63%,明显高于对照组(64.74%),并且增加BSFL接种量和日龄能增强对FAdV-4的消减作用;BSFL转化使得物料中的细菌多样性显著降低;厚壁菌门、假单胞菌属受到抑制,而拟杆菌门、异常球菌-栖热菌门丰度则明显提高;居绿藻菌属、特吕珀菌属在BSFL转化体系中与FAdV-4消减密切相关。
【Abstract】 Black soldier fly larvae(BSFL) were introduced into chicken manure containing fowl adenovirus serotype 4(FAdV-4) for 0-18 d.We analyzed the dynamic changes of FAdV-4 content and microflora evolution during BSFL transformation by TaqMan qPCR and 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing.The results show that BSFL transformation can significantly reduce the mass load of FAdV-4 in chicken manure, and the reduction rate of FAdV-4 is 99.63% after transformation for 18 d, which is significantly higher than that of the control group(64.74%);meanwhile, increasing the dose and age of BSFL can enhance the reduction effect.The BSFL transformation can significantly reduce the diversity of bacteria in the materials.Firmicutes and Pseudomonas are suppressed, while the relative abundances of Bacteroidota and Deinococcus-Thermus are significantly increased.Ulvibacter and Truepera are closely related to FAdV-4 reduction in BSFL transformation system.
