【摘要】 目的 了解糖尿病患者胰岛素注射恐惧的现状并进行影响因素分析。方法 2024年2月～2024年6月，采用便利抽样法选择某二级甲等综合医院及其医疗卫生共同体内的社区卫生服务中心、乡镇卫生院等就诊的糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、糖尿病患者胰岛素注射恐惧量表、胰岛素使用知识-行为问卷、糖尿病自我管理量表等，调查患者胰岛素注射恐惧现状，并进行相关因素分析。结果 共回收有效调查问卷222份。糖尿病胰岛素注射恐惧总得分(75.48±10.89)分。多重线性回归分析显示，中青年、线上线下延续护理、胰岛素注射年限、胰岛素注射频次、糖化血红蛋白、自我管理得分、胰岛素使用知识得分进入回归方程，具有统计学意义(P<0.05),调整后R~2=0.743。结论 糖尿病患者胰岛素注射恐惧处于中上水平。中青年、较短的胰岛素注射年限、较多的胰岛素注射频次、高糖化血红蛋白、缺乏胰岛素使用相关知识和较差的自我管理行为是胰岛素注射恐惧的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of insulin injection fear in diabetic patients and analyze the influencing factors.METHODS From February 2024 to June 2024,patients with diabetes treated in a second-class A general hospital, community health service center and township health center within the medical and health community were selected by convenience sampling method as research objects.General data questionnaire, insulin injection fear scale, insulin use knowledge-behavior questionnaire and diabetes self-management questionnaire were used to investigate the current situation of insulin injection fear in patients with diabetes, and related factors were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 222 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score of diabetic insulin injection fear was(75.48±10.89).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that young and middle-aged, online and offline extended care, insulin injection years, insulin injection frequency, glycosylated hemoglobin, self-management score and insulin use knowledge score were included in the regression equation, with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the adjusted R~2 was 0.743.CONCLUSION The insulin injection fear of diabetic patients is at the medium to upper level.Young and middle-aged, low insulin injection years, high insulin injection frequency, high glycosylated hemoglobin, lack of insulin use knowledge and poor self-management behavior are important factors influencing insulin injection fear.更多还原
