【Abstract】 Castleman disease(CD) is a chronic, non-neoplastic immunoproliferative rare disease, which is a non-caseating lymph node proliferative disease, also known as angiofollicular lymphoid tissue hyperplasia or giant lymph node hyperplasia. Its pathological morphology is diverse, and its clinical manifestations and treatment strategies are highly heterogeneous. It can be easily misdiagnosed as a variety of common diseases and should be paid close attention in clinic. The diagnosis of the disease depends on lymph node biopsy, and the main treatments include surgery, chemotherapy, anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies, and anti-interleukin-6(IL-6) monoclonal antibodies. This article analyzes and summarizes the latest progress in Castleman disease, to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.更多还原
