【摘要】 乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)是口腔临床中常用的一种有机化合物，因其作用温和，能够稳定螯合无机物、去除玷污层，传统中常用于根管治疗中钙化物的去除、牙周翻瓣术后的根面处理等。随着近年来现代口腔医学的发展，大量研究发现EDTA因其螯合作用可与其他药物或治疗方法联合使用，起到疗效“增强剂”的作用。本文就近年来EDTA单独或联合其他药物在口腔牙体牙髓病根管治疗中的根管消毒、牙髓再生治疗中的根管冲洗、牙周再生治疗中的根面处理、修复中的黏接面处理、外科中的抗菌作用及骨再生等应用的研究进展做一综述，旨在为进一步研究及临床使用中提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) is an organic compound commonly used in oral clinical practice. Because of its mild effect, it can stably chelate inorganic substances and remove stained layers. It is traditionally used to remove calcified substances in root canal therapy and root surface treatment after periodontal flap surgery.With the development of modern stomatology in recent years, a large number of studies have found that EDTA can be used in combination with other drugs or treatment methods because of its chelation, playing the role of "enhancer" in curative effect. In this paper, the research progress of EDTA alone or in combination with other drugs in root canal therapy of oral endodontic diseases, root canal irrigation in pulp regeneration therapy, root surface treatment in periodontal regeneration therapy, adhesive surface treatment in restoration, antibacterial effect in surgery and bone regeneration in recent years is reviewed, in order to provide help for further research and clinical use.更多还原
