系统性红斑狼疮患者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10水平变化及其与早期肾损伤的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、白细胞介素-9 (IL-9)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平变化及其与早期肾损伤的相关性。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年3月陕西省人民医院收治的120例早期肾损伤的SLE患者作为观察组,选择同期于我院体检的120例健康者作为对照组。比较两组受检者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10水平和尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸水平,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10水平与尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸的相关性。结果 观察组患者的血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10、尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸水平分别为(13.38±2.45) pg/mL、(68.01±10.47) pg/mL、(10.49±2.06) pg/mL、(9.42±2.50) pg/mL、(15.12±3.04) mmol/L、(159.90±28.51)μmol/L、(476.22±48.18)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(4.46±0.39) pg/mL、(30.25±5.55) pg/mL、(5.51±1.10) pg/mL、(4.70±1.08) pg/mL、(5.20±1.38) mmol/L、(86.57±10.80)μmol/L、(204.51±30.60)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10水平与尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者的血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10水平均明显升高,且与早期肾损伤密切相关,有助于评估病情的进展。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), interleukin-9(IL-9), interleukin-10(IL-10) levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and their correlation with early renal injury. Methods A total of 120 SLE patients with early kidney injury admitted to Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 120 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, IL-10, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, IL-10 and urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum uric acid was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, IL-10, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid in the observation group were(13.38±2.45) pg/mL,(68.01±10.47) pg/mL,(10.49±2.06) pg/mL,(9.42±2.50) pg/mL,(15.12±3.04) mmol/L,(159.90±28.51) μmol/L, and(476.22±48.18) μmol/L, which were significantly higher than(4.46±0.39) pg/mL,(30.25±5.55) pg/mL,(5.51±1.10) pg/mL,(4.70±1.08) pg/mL,(5.20±1.38) mmol/L,(86.57±10.80) μmol/L, and(204.51±30.60) μmol/L in the control group(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, and IL-10 were positively correlated with urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, and serum uric acid(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, and IL-10 in SLE patients are significantly elevated, and they are closely related to early renal injury, which helps to evaluate the progression of the disease.
