【摘要】 多颗迟发性多生牙的发生较为罕见。本文报道一例9岁男孩前磨牙区多颗迟发性多生牙病例，并对其治疗过程中四次口腔颌面锥形束CT (CBCT)记录进行对比，追踪观察到明显的影像学变化。通过回顾迟发性多生牙相关文献，分析其特殊影像学特点，讨论其临床表现及治疗手段，提高了对迟发性多生牙的认识，有助于临床医师对迟发性多生牙的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The occurrence of multiple delayed supernumerary teeth is relatively rare. In this paper, we reported a case of multiple delayed supernumerary teeth in the premolar region of a nine-year-old boy. The four recordings of cone beam CT(CBCT) during treatment were compared, and significant imaging changes were observed. By reviewing the related literature, we analyzed the special imaging features, discussed the clinical manifestations and treatment strategies, and improved the understanding of delayed supernumerary teeth.
