医学美容用生物相容性高分子的化工合成与改性

【摘要】 生物相容性高分子材料因其优异的生物相容性、可降解性和良好的物理化学性能,在医学美容领域中得到了广泛应用。本文综述了生物相容性高分子材料的定义、分类及其在医学美容中的基本要求,详细探讨了多种高分子材料的化工合成方法,包括聚乳酸(PLA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚氨基酸及其衍生物的合成路线。同时,重点介绍了这些高分子材料的改性技术,如表面改性、物理改性和生物改性,以提升其在医学美容中的应用性能。通过化工合成和改性,生物相容性高分子材料在软组织填充、皮肤修复、抗老化等方面展现出显著优势,以期为进一步优化高分子材料在医学美容领域的应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Biocompatible polymer materials have been widely used in the field of medical aesthetics due to their outstanding biocompatibility, degradability, and favorable physical and chemical properties. The definition, classification and basic requirements of biocompatible polymer materials in medical aesthetics was reviewed. The chemical synthesis methods of various polymer materials, including polylactic acid(PLA), polyethylene glycol(PEG), polyamino acids and their derivatives were explored in detail. At the same time, emphasis was placed on the modification techniques of these polymer materials, including surface modification, physical modification and biological modification, to enhance their application performance in medical aesthetics. Through chemical synthesis and modification, biocompatible polymer materials showed significant advantages in soft tissue filling, skin repair, anti-aging and other aspects, with the aim of providing a reference for further optimizing the application of polymer materials in the field of medical beauty.
