高品质DHMX转晶过程工艺控制研究

【摘要】 奥克托今(HMX)是目前广泛使用的高能量密度材料,但由于HMX晶体颗粒存在聚晶、孪晶、内部溶剂包藏、孔隙等各种晶体内外部缺陷,使得单质炸药的感度较高。本文通过结晶过程调节溶剂非溶剂比例、调控搅拌速度、温度、超声刺激轻度输入等方式,有效控制HMX晶型转变过程,改善结晶质量,获得高品质DHMX平均粒度分布在20~30μm、100~170μm以及200~260μm,晶体密度≥1.90 g/cm~3,实现高品质DHMX粒度精确控制的工程化制备。

【Abstract】 HMX is a widely used high-energy density material, but due to various internal and external defects such as polycrystalline, twinned, internal solvent encapsulation, and pores in HMX crystal particles, the sensitivity of single substance explosives is relatively high. By means of adjusting the proportion of solvent and non solvent in the crystallization process, adjusting the stirring speed, temperature, and ultrasonic stimulation light input, the transformation process of HMX crystal form was effectively controlled, the crystallization quality was improved, and the average particle size distribution of high-quality DHMX was 20~30 μm、100~170 μm and 200~260 μm. The crystal density was ≥1.90 g/cm~3, achieving engineering preparation of high-quality DHMX with precise particle size control.
