催化裂化装置烟机振动异常情况的分析
Analysis of Abnormal Vibration of Gas Turbine in Catalytic Cracking Unit
【摘要】 烟机振动导致的炼厂非计划停工对于炼厂来说是一大难题,本文通过对装置的运行情况分析,发现烟机导流锥、动静叶片上结了很多垢片,导致烟机振动剧烈,通过标准方法等动采样对烟机入口颗粒物浓度、颗粒物筛分分布及垢样化学组成进行分析,其大部分是催化剂细粉的共熔物,其Ni、V金属总含量在20 000 ppm以上,对此提出切实可行的措施,实现烟机的长周期运转。
【Abstract】 Unscheduled shutdown of refineries caused by smoke machine vibration is a major challenge for refineries. The operation of the device was analyzed and found that many scales had formed on the guide cone and moving and stationary blades of the smoke machine, leading to severe vibration of the smoke machine. Standard methods such as dynamic sampling were used to analyze the concentration of particulate matter at the entrance of the smoke machine, particle screening distribution, and chemical composition of the scale sample. Most of them were co molten materials of catalyst fine powder, with Ni The total metal content of V was above 20 000 ppm, and practical measures were proposed to achieve long-term operation of the smoke machine.
