基于Aspen EDR的管壳式换热器工艺选型设计教学实践

【摘要】 管壳式换热器工艺选型设计是化工过程中设备设计的重要环节之一。为了避免手工计算中繁琐的计算和复杂的校核问题,以无相变的乙醇冷却器为例,探讨Aspen EDR软件在管壳式换热器工艺选型设计中的实践应用。通过Aspen EDR软件的教学示范,激发学生学习积极性和主动性,提升学生运用理论知识分析和解决复杂化学工程问题的能力,强化专业软件应用能力。

【Abstract】 Process selection design of shell-and-tube heat exchanger is one of the important parts of equipment design in chemical industry process. In order to avoid tedious calculation and complex checking problems in manual calculation process, the practical application of Aspen EDR software for the type selection and design of shell-and-tube heat exchanger was discussed using the ethanol cooler without phase change as an teaching example. Through the teaching demonstration of Aspen EDR software, students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative were stimulated, the ability to use theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve the complex chemical engineering problems was improved, and the application ability of chemical engineering professional design software was strengthened.
