【Abstract】 Traumatic anterior glenohumeral dislocation refers to the loss of the normal anatomical relationship between the humeral head and the articular glenoid due to violent factors such as falls and impacts,with the humeral head dislocating forward and downward from the articular glenoid.The impact occurs between the posterior lateral humeral head and the anterior inferior part of the articular glenoid along with anterior inferior dislocation of the glenohumeral joint.Its high-energy damage destroys the glenoid labrum,ligaments,and other stable structures of the glenohumeral joint,resulting in recurrent dislocations of patients without systematic treatment.Clinically,young patients are at high risk of recurrent traumatic glenohumeral joint dislocation,and the accompanying pain and fear of glenohumeral joint instability seriously affect their daily work and life.Because of the different types of injuries to the stable structures of the glenohumeral joint,the corresponding treatment varies.This article reviews the common treatment methods for traumatic anterior glenohumeral dislocation in the context of domestic and international literature for clinical reference.更多还原
