技能领域深度学习评价核心指标构建与量表开发研究——以飞机维修虚拟仿真学习为例
Research on Constructing Key Index and Scale Development for Deep Learning Evaluation in Skill Field——Taking Virtual Simulation Learning in Aircraft Maintenance as an Example
【摘要】 学生主动、有深度的学习有利于促进职业技能提升。教学质量评价是职业技能教学的重要一环,深度学习理论可为技术支持下的专业技能教学与评价提供理论支持和实践指导。本研究以飞机维修虚拟仿真教学为例,采用专家访谈法和德尔菲专家咨询法,在“认知—行为—情感”维度下构建了飞机维修技能学习中指向深度学习的核心评价指标体系,包括迁移应用、分析判断、主动协作学习、批判反思、产生持久兴趣和内化职业价值观。在借鉴与深度学习相关的成熟量表基础上,结合飞机维修人员的能力要求,重新设计量表题项。信效度检验的结果显示,该量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于后续教学实践。
【Abstract】 Students’ proactive and deep learning facilitates their professional skill improvement,and teaching quality evaluation is an important component of vocational skills teaching. Deep learning theory can support theoretically and practically technology-supported professional skill teaching and evaluation. This study takes the virtual simulation teaching of Aircraft Maintenance as an example, and uses methods like expert interview and Delphi expert consultation to help construct a key evaluation index system for deep-learning-oriented aircraft maintenance skill learning, which is built on the cognitionbehavior-emotion framework, including transfer application, analytical judgment, active collaborative learning, critical reflection, generating lasting interest, and internalizing professional values. This study then reviews other deep-learning related scales, and the ability requirements of aircraft maintenance personnel, and redesigns the scale items. The results of reliability and validity tests show that the scale is good for for subsequent teaching practices.
