【摘要】 目的：探讨青海地区细胞周期蛋白D1(CCND1)单核苷酸多态性（SNP）与胃癌易感性及预后的相关性。方法：收集2016年1月—2019年1月在青海省人民医院病理确诊为胃癌的患者200例为病例组，收集同期来青海省人民医院无血缘关系的健康体检者200例为对照组，采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）方法检测青海地区胃癌患者CCND1基因2个SNP位点rs9344和rs678653的基因型。分析2种基因SNP与临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果：两组对象CCND1基因SNP位点rs9344、rs678653两个位点的基因型及等位基因频率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；病例组患者不同临床特征两个位点基因型分布频率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P> 0.05）;CCND1基因SNP位点rs9344、rs678653基因型分布频率与胃癌生存期无相关性（P> 0.05）。结论：CCND1基因SNP位点rs9344、rs678653多态性与青海地区胃癌的发生及预后无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Exploring the correlation between Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms(SNPs) of(Cyclin D1,CCND1) gene and the susceptibility and prognosis of gastric cancer in Qinghai area. Methods: Collect 200 cases of gastric cancer patients diagnosed by pathology at Qinghai provincial people’s hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the case group, and collect 200 unrelated health check ups from Qinghai provincial people’s hospital during the same period as the control group.The genotypes of two SNPs rs9344 and rs678653 in CCND1gene of gastric cancer patients in Qinghai area were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method. The relationship between the two SNPs and clinical pathological indicators and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The genotype and allele frequencies of SNP loci rs9344 and rs678653 in CCND1 gene were compared between two groups of subjects, and there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)in the genotype distribution frequency of two loci with different clinical characteristics among patients in the case group;The genotype distribution frequency of SNP sites rs9344 and rs678653 in CCND1 gene was not correlated with the survival of gastric cancer(P> 0.05).Conclusion: There is no correlation between the polymorphism of CCND1 gene SNP sites rs9344 and rs678653 with the occurrence and prognosis of gastric cancer in Qinghai area.更多还原
