【Abstract】 Acute skin failure is to point to skin and subcutaneous tissue death events, which is resulted by organ serious dysfunction(failure) or simultaneous hypoperfusion of other organ systems, and it is most common in critically ill patients. As a new concept, studies in this field are at the initial stage in China, the medical and nursing personnel are insufficient understanding on it. Therefore, in this paper, risk factors and risk prediction methods on critically ill patients with acute skin failure are reviewed, aiming at providing the basis for nursing personnel to early recognize high-risk patients of acute skin failure, to formulate effective regimens for prevention and intervention, and to reduce the hazard of acute skin failure.更多还原
