【摘要】 当下，社会各方面快速发展，对人才培养提出了更高的要求。传统的高等教育培养模式已不适用于复杂多变的社会环境与就业市场，产生高校培养内容与社会需求脱钩的问题。产教融合是国家促进高等教育发展、协同培养创新型人才和应用型人才的一项重要方针，为深化高等教育改革指引了明确的发展方向。产教融合人才培养模式关键在于充分利用双方资源，切实从社会与学生需求出发，结合多种教育形式，对传统的人才培养模式进行创新与应用，提高学生实际应用与创新能力。本文以东南大学-华为技术有限公司网络安全实践基地为例，梳理实践基地的创新之处，包括基地管理方法、设置校企联合课程、实践项目等，分析校内设立实践基地的培养模式相对于传统培养模式的优势。校内建立实践基地的新模式不仅促进了产学研深度融合，还为未来国内高等教育培养模式提供了新的思路和方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, all aspects of society are developing rapidly, which puts forward higher requirements for talent training. The traditional higher education training model is no longer suitable for the complex and ever-changing social environment and job market, resulting in the problem of decoupling the training content of colleges and universities from social needs. The integration of industry and education is an important policy for the country to promote the development of higher education and collaboratively cultivate innovative and applied talents. It has guided a clear development direction for deepening the reform of higher education. The key to the talent training model integrating industry and education is to make full use of the resources of both parties, effectively start from the needs of society and students, combine various education forms, innovate and apply the traditional talent training model, and improve students’ practical application and innovation capabilities.This article takes the Southeast University-Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Cyber Security Practice Base as an example to sort out the innovations of the practice base, including base management methods, setting up school-enterprise joint courses, practice projects, etc., and analyzes the training model of setting up a practice base on campus compared to the traditional Advantages of the training model. The new model of establishing a practice base on campus not only promotes the indepth integration of industry, academia and research, but also provides new ideas and directions for the future domestic higher education training model.更多还原
