蒙药铁杆蒿对生菜的化感作用研究
Allelopathy of Mongolian Medicine Artemisia Sacrorum Ledeb on Lettuce
【摘要】 对蒙药铁杆蒿进行初步化感作用实验,可以为蒙药铁杆蒿资源合理利用,以及为开发新型植物源除草剂提供科学依据。采用盘子法、三明治法测定蒙药铁杆蒿对生菜的化感作用,采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)测定主要化感物质。研究结果表明:铁杆蒿干燥叶对生菜幼苗根长和下胚轴的抑制率分别为40.5%、35%。铁杆蒿干燥叶浸提液10 mg/mL、50 mg/m L质量浓度时,对生菜幼根(抑制率:92%、98%)与下胚轴(抑制率:90%、100%)存在较显著的抑制作用。通过GC-MS分析,得出蒙药铁杆蒿主要成分为桉叶油醇。总之,蒙药铁杆蒿对生菜幼苗的生长具有显著的抑制作用,展现出作为新型植物源除草剂的潜力,也可为后续蒙药资源的合理开发利用提供依据。
【Abstract】 Conducted a preliminary allelopathy experiment on the Mongolian medicine Artemisia sac rorum Le de b, in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational utilization of Mongolian medicine Artemisia sacrorum Le de bresources and the development of new botanical herbicides. The plate dish-pack method and the sandwich method were used to determine the allelopathic effect of Mongolian medicine Artemisia sac rorum Lede bon lettuce, and the main allelopathic substances were determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The inhibition rates of dried leaves of Mongolian medicine Artemisia sacrorum Le de bon the root length and hypocotyl of lettuce seedlings were 40.5% and 35%. At the concentrations of 10 mg/mL and 50 mg/mL, the extract of dried Mongolian medicine Artemisia sac rorum Lede bleaves showed significant inhibitory effects on lettuce seedling root(92%,98%) and hypocotyls(90%, 100%). The main component analyzed by GC-MS was eucalyptol. The Mongolian medicine Artemisia sac rorum L edebhas a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of lettuce seedlings, which can be used for the rational development and utilization of Mongolian medicine resources in the future, and has the potential as a new type of botanical herbicides.
