数字赋能物流业与制造业深度融合:时代内涵与发生逻辑

【摘要】 推动物流业与制造业深度融合,出发点是党的二十大报告提出的“构建优质高效的服务业新体系,推动现代服务业同先进制造业、现代农业深度融合”,落脚点是“深化供给侧结构性改革,加快形成新质生产力,培育高质量发展新动能”,破局点是“在新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展中,充分发挥数字技术的赋能作用”。数字技术已成为物流业与制造业深度融合与创新发展的核心引擎,物流业与制造业融合发展为数字技术创新和应用提供多元化场景。数字赋能物流业与制造业深度融合的发生既源自“降本、增效、提质和生态平衡”的内驱力,遵循“成本驱动、效率驱动、质量驱动和自组织演化”的内在逻辑;同时,也来自“市场需求持续升级、数字技术加速迭代、产业链供应链持续优化和政策体系不断完善”的外驱力,遵从“市场决定、技术驱动、安全稳定和制度创新”的外部逻辑。

【Abstract】 When it comes to promoting the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry, the starting point is “constructing a new high-quality and efficient service industry system and promoting the deep integration of modern service industry with advanced manufacturing industry” proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the foothold is “deepening the supply-side structural reform, accelerating the formation of new-quality productive forces, and cultivating new driving forces for high-quality development”, and the breakthrough point is “fully exerting the enabling role of digital technology in the in-depth development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation”. Digital technology has become the core engine of the deep integration and innovative development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry, and the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry provides diversified scenarios for digital technology innovation and application. The occurrence of the phenomenon of the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry enabled by digital technology not only originates from the internal driving force of “cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality improvement and ecological balance”, and follows the internal logic of “cost-driven, efficiency-driven, quality-driven and self-organizing evolution”; at the same time, it also comes from the external driving force of “the continuous upgrading of market demand, the accelerated iteration of digital technology, the continuous optimization of the industrial chain and supply chain and the continuous improvement of the policy system”, and complies with the external logic of “market determination, technology-driven, security and stability and institutional innovation”.
