【摘要】 目的 了解血液透析（HD）共病患者感知治疗负担现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2021年7—12月广西医科大学第一附属医院门诊173例HD共病患者为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、慢性病患者健康素养量表、医疗社会支持量表和慢性病共存治疗负担问卷进行调查。结果 HD共病患者治疗负担得分为18.75(8.33,28.13)分，其中72.8%的患者治疗负担为中高度水平。有序logistic回归分析结果显示，患慢性病数量、文化程度、健康素养是治疗负担的影响因素（P <0.05）。结论 HD共病患者治疗负担处于中度水平，受患慢性病数量、文化程度和健康素养影响。提示医护应根据患者的患慢性病数量、文化程度和健康素养情况，针对性地对患者进行干预，以期减轻治疗负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status quo of perceived treatment burden of hemodialysis(HD) patients with comorbidity and analyze its impacting factors. Methods A total of 173 HD patients with comorbidity admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July to December 2021 were selected by convenient sampling method. The investigation was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a chronic disease patient health literacy scale, a medical social support scale, and a chronic disease cotreatment burden questionnaire. Results The score of treatment burden of HD patients with comorbidity was 18.75(8.33, 28.13), of which 72.8% of patients had a medium-high treatment burden. The results of ordered logistic regression analysis showed that the number of chronic diseases, education level and health literacy were the impacting factors of treatment burden(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment burden of HD patients with comorbidity is at a moderate level, which is impacted by the number of chronic diseases, education level and health literacy. It is suggested that doctors and nurses should intervene patients in a targeted manner according to the number of chronic diseases, education level and health literacy of patients in order to reduce the treatment burden.更多还原
