【摘要】 随着糖尿病患者数量的增加，相关眼部并发症糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）发病率也呈上升趋势，严重时可致患者失明。有效的自我管理是DR患者延缓疾病进展的关键，但DR患者自我管理现状并不乐观。因此，对DR患者进行有效自我管理干预，使患者掌握自我管理的方法，不仅有助于改变DR患者的行为习惯，而且还能提高其自我管理能力，减少患者失明和低视力的发生率。基于此，本文将从DR概述、自我管理现状、自我管理能力评估工具及相关护理干预措施方面进行综述，旨在为国内DR患者自我管理方案的构建提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase of the number of diabetic patients, the incidence of diabetic retinopathy(DR), an eye complication, is also on the rise, which can lead to blindness in severe cases. Effective self-management is the key to delay the progress of the disease in patients with DR, but the status quo of self-management in patients with DR is not optimistic. Therefore, effective self-management intervention for patients with DR can not only help to change their behavior habits, but also improve their self-management ability and reduce the incidence of blindness and low vision. Based on the above reasons, the overview of DR, the status quo of self-management,self-management ability assessment tools and related nursing intervention measures will be summarized in this paper, aiming at providing reference and inspiration for the construction of self-management schemes for DR patients in China.更多还原
