【摘要】 脑卒中后功能障碍一直是康复治疗领域的热点和难点，针刺作为传统非药物疗法，在治疗脑卒中方面取得了显著疗效。随着研究的深入，越来越多学者将针刺视为一种神经调控技术，并将其与新近提出的“外周-中枢”双向调节闭环康复理论相结合。针刺通过体针“外周干预”改善躯体症状，促进脑功能重塑，并通过头针“中枢干预”激活功能脑区，调控神经可塑性，已形成具有鲜明特色的“外周-中枢”双向调节针刺康复体系，并逐渐应用于脑卒中患者功能障碍的临床康复治疗。本文通过查阅相关文献，对近年来基于该康复闭环理论指导下的针刺临床研究进行综述，以期为脑卒中的临床治疗提供借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-stroke dysfunction has always been a hot and difficult topic in the field of rehabilitation treatment. As a traditional non-pharmacological therapy, acupuncture has achieved remarkable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of stroke. With the deepening of research, more and more scholars regard acupuncture as a neuro-regulation technology and combine it with the recently proposed closed-loop rehabilitation theory of "peripheral-central" bidirectional regulation. Acupuncture improves physical symptoms through "peripheral intervention" of body acupuncture, promotes the remodeling of brain function, and activates functional brain regions through "central intervention" of scalp acupuncture to regulate neural plasticity, which has formed a distinctive "peripheral-central" bidirectional regulation acupuncture rehabilitation system and has been gradually applied to the clinical rehabilitation treatment of dysfunction in stroke patients. By consulting relevant literature, the clinical research of acupuncture based on the closed-loop theory of rehabilitation in recent years is summarized in this paper, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of stroke.更多还原
