【Abstract】 Oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy is a common complication in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which not only affects their oral function to a certain extent, but also delays the treatment process in severe cases, posing a threat to their prognosis, quality of life, and survival. Early identification and prevention of risk factors for radiotherapy induced oral mucositis can help reduce its incidence and severity, improve patients’ oral health, and ensure treatment effectiveness. Therefore, this article reviews the risk factors and predictive nursing measures for radiotherapy induced oral mucositis, aiming to improve the quality of life and survival benefits of patients and provide a basis for early prevention and management of oral mucositis.更多还原
