基于潜油电泵状态监测系统研究

【摘要】 潜油电泵监测系统实时监测潜油电泵各项参数,合理调整潜油电泵工作状态使潜油电泵工作在高效区,延长潜油电泵使用寿命。监测系统由井下和地面两个部分组成,井下部分利用传感器采集参数信息,经过滤波、放大后,通过耦合电路将参数信息传输到地面上,地面系统完成信息的提取与剥离,使用串口通信协议将参数信息发送至LabVIEW编写的上位机,以实时显示潜油电泵的工作状态。通过监测不同参数值,可以有效地反映潜油电泵当前的工作状态。实验结果表明,监测系统能够正常运行,并且能够对潜油电泵的工作状态进行有效反馈,有助于提高泵的效率、延长潜油电泵的检泵周期。

【Abstract】 The submersible oil pump monitoring system continuously monitors various parameters of the submersible oil pump in real-time and adjusts its operating state to ensure high efficiency and extend its lifespan. The monitoring system consists of two parts: underground and surface. The underground part utilizes sensors to collect parameter information,which is then filtered, amplified, and transmitted to the surface through coupling circuits. The surface system extracts and decodes the information, and using serial communication protocol, sends the parameter data to an upper computer running LabVIEW for real-time display of the submersible oil pump’s operating status. By monitoring different parameter values, the system effectively reflects the current working status of the submersible oil pump. Experimental results have shown that the monitoring system operates successfully and provides valuable feedback on the pump’s operating status.
