基于MDT模式的儿童先天性心脏病的教学探索
Exploring MDT-based Teaching for Congenital Heart Disease in Pediatric
【摘要】 以心血管胚胎发育为基础,以临床案例为载体,由小儿心血管专业、心脏及大血管外科,以及组织与胚胎学教研室的资深教师组成多学科团队协作(multidisciplinary team,MDT)教学团队,引导学生模拟临床儿童先天性心脏病诊治全过程,以深化医学生对儿童心血管疾病的全面理解,有效促进基础与临床知识的融合,并强化其临床应用能力,同时积极培养学生的创新思维与学习兴趣。同时,该团队专注于为五年制和八年制医学生提供系统的小儿心血管系统疾病理论与临床实践教学,编写教学材料、革新教学方法,并评估实施效果。此外,通过整合多种信息化教学手段,团队进一步优化了教学效果,有助于构建适合“新医科”背景下的卓越医学人才培养新模式体系。
【Abstract】 Based on cardiovascular embryonic development and using clinical cases as the framework,a multidisciplinary team(MDT)consisting of senior faculty from pediatric cardiovascular,cardiac and vascular surgery,and tissue and embryology departments collaborates to guide students through the simulation of the entire diagnostic and treatment process for congenital heart disease in children.This approach deepens medical students comprehensive understanding of pediatric cardiovascular diseases,effectively integrates basic and clinical knowledge,enhances clinical application skills,and actively fosters their innovative thinking and learning interest.The team focuses on providing systematic theoretical and clinical practice education on pediatric cardiovascular diseases for both five-year and eight-year medical students,developing teaching materials and innovating teaching methods,while implementing comprehensive effect assessments.Additionally,by integrating various information technology teaching methods,the team further optimizes educational outcomes and contributes to establishing a new model system for cultivating outstanding medical talents in the context of “New Medicine”.
