“专精特新”企业发展的独特路径
A unique path for the development of “niche leader”
【摘要】 作为产业链补链强链的重要贡献者,中国“专精特新”企业发展的独特路径引起了理论与实践的广泛关注。以“专精特新”企业发展的动态演化路径为研究问题,整合已有研究成果,在T型原理的基础上,采用多案例研究方法,以四家“专精特新”企业为研究对象,提出了中国“专精特新”企业发展的Y型模式。Y型模式认为“专精特新”企业发展是以双元学习/创新驱动企业技术精一化与市场场景多元化二者协同发展为主线,从“点”到“I”再到“Y”动态演化的路径过程。这一研究为“专精特新”企业发展研究奠定了更为整体、动态的理论底层逻辑,也为中国“专精特新”企业可持续发展提供了决策参考。
【Abstract】 As a critical enabler to enhance supply chain, the unique path of the development of China’s “niche leader” has attracted much attention, both in theoretic and practical terms. Taking the dynamic evolutionary path of developing “niche leader” as the research focus, and built upon the existing research on the T-model as a theoretical framework, this study applies the multi-case study method to four “niche leaders” so as to propose a Y-model as a dynamic process model for the development of “niche leader”.The Y-model suggests that the dynamic development of “niche leader” is an evolutionary path driven by ambidextrous innovation together with the paradoxical interplay between technological specialization and market-application diversification from "Selected Point" to "I model" and then to "Y model". A more holistic and dynamic logic is pointed out to underlie the development of “niche leader”, providing a decision-making guidance for developing “niche leader” in China.
