变压器游离气体傅里叶变换红外光谱分析

【摘要】 针对目前变压器游离气体气相色谱法分析需要人工取气、耗时过长等问题,文中提出了一种采用傅里叶红外光谱法对游离气体进行在线监测的方法。该方法通过电磁阀控制与气体继电器相连的集气器的工作,从集气器中自动取气进行光谱分析。游离气光谱分析过程中,采用分段比基线校正法对游离气吸收光谱进行校正,采用Tikhonov正则化特征变量方法从混合气体吸收光谱图冗杂的谱线中挑选特征变量,最后利用最小二乘支持向量机法建立定量分析模型,分析计算红外吸收光谱图,得到变压器游离态气体中各组分的体积分数。实验室实验结果表明,变压器游离气体傅里叶红外光谱在线监测系统可以完成对游离气体的自动取气和气体检测功能,实现对游离气体的在线监测以及多组分游离气体的高精度检测,具有实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 In view of the issue that the gas chromatography analysis of free gas in power transformer needs manual gas extraction and long time consumption at present,a kind of on-line monitoring method of free gas by Fourier infrared spectrum is proposed in this paper. The works of the gas collector connected with the gas relay is controlled through the solenoid valve and free gas is automatically taken from the gas collector for spectral analysis. In the process of free gas spectral analysis,the segmented ratio baseline correction method is used to correct the the absorption spectra of free gas,and the Tikhonov regularized characteristic variable method is used to select the feature variables from the miscellaneous spectrum lines of the absorption spectrogram of the free gas. Finally,the least squares support vector machine method is used to set up quantitative analysis models,analyze and calculate infrared spectrogram and get the volume fraction concentration of each component in the free gas of power transformer. The laboratory experiment results show that the Fourier infrared spectrum on-line monitoring system for free gas of power transformer can complete automatic gas extraction and gas detection of free gas,realize the on-line monitoring of free gas and high-precision detection of multi-component free gas. And the work introduced in this paper has practical application value.
