CuCr55电极触头真空电弧燃弧与烧蚀特性

【摘要】 铜铬合金材料作为电接触领域最重要的触头材料之一,在真空灭弧室中得到了广泛的应用。采用电弧熔炼方法制备了CuCr55触头材料,对比了熔铸CuCr25、熔渗CuCr50和电弧熔炼CuCr55材料的微观结构,并着重分析了电弧熔炼CuCr55触头的真空电弧燃弧与烧蚀特性。利用高速摄影机拍摄短路电流燃弧特性,得到了产生阳极斑点的临界电流。利用电子显微镜观察烧蚀过后的触头表面微观形貌,触头表面未出现材料断裂、细微裂痕或显著隆起。研究结果表明,电弧熔炼CuCr55触头具有铬颗粒细小均匀、显微组织球化弥散分布的微观结构,以及良好的均匀烧蚀特性。

【Abstract】 Copper-chromium alloy materials,as one of the most important contact materials in the field of electrical contacts,have been widely used in vacuum interrupter. CuCr55 contact materials are prepared by arc melting method and the micro-structures of fusion casting CuCr25,fusion infiltration CuCr50 and arc melting CuCr55 materials are compared and the vacuum arc ignition and ablation characteristics of arc melting CuCr55 contacts are particularly analyzed. A high-speed camera is used to photograph the arcing characteristic of short circuit current and the critical current for generating anode spots is obtained. The electron microscope is used to observe the micro-morphology of the contact surface after ablation,the material fracture,fine cracks or significant bulging are not happened on the contact surface. The research results show that the arc melting CuCr55 contacts have a micro structure with fine and uniform chromium particles,diffuse distribution of micro structure spheroidization,and good uniform ablation characteristics.
