一种级联式高压开关柜局部放电定位方法
Research on a Cascade Partial Discharge Locating Method for High Voltage Switchgear Cabinet
【摘要】 针对高压开关柜局部放电定位技术存在误差大、效率低、难以实现定位到柜的问题,文中基于开关柜中局部放电TEV信号进行了定位技术研究,提出了TEV传感器级联式定位方法。通过分布式传感器有线级联的方式、双母线分时比较方法与TEV传感器状态开关切换策略,使单个双通道采集卡能对多面开关柜上的TEV传感器信号脉冲进行采集比较,从而快速、高效、准确地在成排高压开关柜中定位出局部放电源所在的开关柜。基于该方法设计了高压开关柜局部放电级联式定位系统,采用总线级联式的模块化设计,不需增加高速采集通道数量即可满足任意扩展TEV检测节点数量的需求,最大化地减少了系统成本。通过搭建验证平台验证了该定位方法的定位效果,证明了级联式定位系统的工作有效性,实现了局部放电定位到柜的目的。
【Abstract】 In view of the problems of large error,low efficiency,and difficulty in locating to the specific switchgear cabinet faced by current partial discharge locating method of high voltage switchgear cabinet,the locating technology based on the TEV signal of switchgear cabinet is studied in this paper and a TEV-cascade locating method is proposed. Through the wired cascade of distribution sensors,the time-sharing comparison method of double bus and the switching strategy of TEV sensor state,the single dual-channel acquisition card could collect and compare the TEV sensor signal pulse on multiple switchgear cabinets so as to quickly,efficiently and accurately locate the specific switchgear cabinet in the row of switchgear cabinets where the discharge source is located. Based on this method,a cascaded locating system of high voltage switchgear cabinet is designed. By using the bus cascade-modular design,the requirement of arbitrarily expanding the number of TEV detection node can be met without adding the number of high-speed acquisition channels,which make the reduction of the system costs maximum. The locating effect of this method is verified by setting up verification platform,the working efficiency of the cascade system is proved and the purpose of locating the defects to specific switchgear cabinet is achieved.
