【摘要】 由于医疗实践的专业性极强，医护人员在专业操作过程中很少有机会与患者进行深入交流，加之双方立场和话语背景不同，这很容易造成医患间的交流困境。实际上，受个人成长背景和生活习惯的影响，医护人员的思维和行为方式在医疗照护实践中也存在个人性的文化倾向。因此，医患沟通是一种文化互动，教育成长背景和生活习惯等文化因素，是理解及消除医患交流困境需要考虑的重要事项。如果研究者能走出专业性的疾病叙事，结合医护人员个人生活叙事，就可以有效地观察到医患交流中文化因素的影响这一重要侧面，并发现其作用机制，从而对医患交流中存在的某些困境加以合理解读，为改善医患关系提供科学的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the high professionalism of medical practice, healthcare professionals have little opportunity to make in-depth communication with patients during their professional operation. Additionally,different positions and discourse backgrounds between doctors and patients may easily lead to communication difficulties. In fact, influenced by personal background and living habits, the way of thinking and behavior of healthcare professionals also show individual cultural tendencies in the practice of medical care. Therefore, the doctor-patient communication is a cultural interaction where cultural factors such as educational upbringing and living habits need to be considered in understanding and eliminating doctor-patient communication difficulties. If researchers go beyond professional disease narratives and combine it with personal life narratives of healthcare professionals, they will effectively observe the significant influence of cultural factors in doctor-patient communication and discover its function mechanism, so as to rationally interpret certain difficulty in doctor-patient communication and provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions to improve their relationships.更多还原
