【摘要】 乳腺肿瘤是未绝育母犬最常见的肿瘤性疾病之一。该病发生的重要原因是体内雌激素的紊乱。犬乳腺肿瘤分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤，可通过临床检查、实验室检查、影像学和病理组织学检查等方法综合进行诊断。临床中手术切除是较为常见的治疗方案，可迅速、准确地清除肿瘤病变部位。通过病理组织学诊断可进一步确定肿瘤性质。对于恶性乳腺肿瘤，可以辅加化疗来控制病情，避免恶化。在犬初次发情前对其进行绝育手术，可以避免多数与激素相关性质的乳腺肿瘤的发生。本研究对广西一例患乳腺肿瘤的病犬进行临床、血液学、影像学及组织病理学检查，最终确诊该犬的乳腺肿物为恶性乳腺肿瘤。文章报道了该病犬进行手术切除肿瘤和综合治疗的过程，为犬乳腺肿瘤的诊治和预防提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Breast tumor is one of the most common neoplastic diseases in unneutered female dogs. The main reason for this disease is the disturbance of estrogen in the body. Canine breast tumors can be classified into benign tumors and malignant tumors, which can be diagnosed by clinical examination, laboratory examination, imaging, and histopathological examination. In clinical practice, surgical resection is a common treatment plan, which can quickly and accurately remove the lesion site of the tumor, and further histopathological diagnosis can determine the nature of the tumor. For malignant breast tumors, chemotherapy can be supplemented to control the disease and avoid the deterioration of the disease. Neutering a dog before its first estrus can prevent the occurence of most hormone-related breast tumors. In this study, the clinical,hematological, imaging and histopathological examinations of a dog with mammary tumor in Guangxi were performed, and it was confirmed that the canine mammary tumor was malignant mammary tumor. This article reports the procedure of surgical resection and comprehensive treatment for this dog, which provids reference for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of canine mammary tumor.更多还原
