高效液相色谱法测定抗氧化剂BHT及其氧化产物BHTOOH的含量

【摘要】 对抗氧化剂BHT的使用安全性进行定量评估时,需要建立一种检测BHT及其过氧化产物BHTOOH含量的分析方法。本文采用Hypersil?ODS-2 C18色谱柱进行检测,色谱条件为:流动相为乙腈∶水=65∶35(体积比),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长221nm。结果表明,BHT及BHTOOH分别在0.2~1.2mg·mL-1和0.02~0.12mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(0.9991≤R2≤0.9996),检出限(LOD,S/N=3)分别为0.0033mg·mL-1和0.0029mg·mL-1,精密度高且均在6h内稳定存在,加标回收率分别为98.16%~100.3%和99.05%~102.5%,RSD分别为1.28%和1.74%。本方法可快速准确地对BHT及其过氧化物BHTOOH进行定量分析。

【Abstract】 For quantitative assessment of the safety of antioxidant BHT,an analytical method for detecting the content of BHT and its peroxidation product BHTOOH was established.The separation was performed on a Hypersil?ODS-2 C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water in the ratio of 65:35(V:V),and the mobile phase flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 221nm.The results showed that the linearity of BHT and BHTOOH were good in the ranges of 0.2~1.2 mg/mL and 0.02~0.12mg/mL (0.9991≤R~2≤0.9996),and the limits of detection (LOD,S/N=3) were 0.0033mg/mL and 0.0029mg/mL,respectively.The calibration curves were stable within 6h.The spiked recoveries were 98.16%~100.3%and 99.05%~102.5%with RSDs of 1.28%and1.74%,respectively.The method could be used to quantify BHT and its peroxide BHTOOH rapidly and accurately.
