【Abstract】 With the continuous optimization and adjustment of prevention and control measures for COVID-19 in China, the focus of medical work has shifted to "health protection and prevention of severe diseases". In order to improve the treatment ability of critically ill patients, Peking University Third Hospital has transformed 21 sub-intensive care units by breaking departmental and professional barriers, and conducting overall coordination. This article introduces the implementation path and system construction of the respiratory sub-intensive care unit, summarizes relevant experience and effect, and thinks about the mode of joint ward management for both peacetime and wartime use.更多还原
