【摘要】 目的 建立基于微信平台的全程护理模式在大肠息肉日间手术中的应用，并评价其应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年6月粤北人民医院消化内科拟行大肠息肉日间手术的患者200例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组采用传统宣教方式和护理措施，观察组则采用基于微信平台的全程护理模式，比较两组患者的肠道准备质量指标、手术质量安全指标和患者满意度等。结果 (1)对照组和观察组最终分别纳入97例和95例患者；(2)与对照组相比，观察组患者的盲肠插管时间较短，肠道准备质量评分(BBPS评分)、肠道准备优良率均较高(均P<0.05);(3)观察组患者的术后总并发症发生率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的全程护理模式有助于改善大肠息肉日间手术患者的肠道准备质量、降低手术并发症发生率、提升患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a whole-course nursing model based on WeChat platform and to evaluate the application effect of the program in day surgery of colorectal polyps. Methods A total of 200 patients underwent day surgery of colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of Yue Bei People’s Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were treated with the whole-course nursing model based on WeChat platform. The quality indexes of bowel preparation, the quality and safety indexes of day surgery and the satisfaction of patients were compared. Results 97 patients in the control group and 95 patients in the observation group were finally selected. Compared with the control group, the time of cecal intubation in the observation group was shorter, but the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)score were increased(P<0.05). Furthermore, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The whole-course nursing model based on WeChat platform is helpful to improve the quality of bowel preparation, reduce the incidence of surgical complications, and improve patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
