【Abstract】 Traditionally, it was believed that the human brain lacked lymphatic vessels. However, recent studies have progressively confirmed the existence of meningeal lymphatic vessels and the glymphatic system. Alzheimer disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder, and brain lymphatic circulatory dysfunction may contribute to its development. This article reviews the current status and challenges of treating AD through the brain lymphatic system, examining the relationship between circulatory disorders and AD. Additionally, it explores the feasibility of enhancing lymphatic circulation through deep cervical lymphaticovenular anastomosis as a potential treatment for AD, providing a valuable reference for future therapeutic strategies.更多还原
