基于改善脑淋巴系统循环障碍的外科治疗阿尔茨海默病的可行性分析
Analyzing the Feasibility of Surgical Approaches to Improve Cerebral Lymphatic Circulation in Alzheimer Disease
【摘要】 传统观念认为人体大脑内的淋巴系统不存在淋巴管,但近年来的研究逐步证实了胶质淋巴系统与脑膜淋巴管的存在。阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性病变,脑淋巴系统循环障碍可能促进其发生发展。因此,基于脑淋巴系统治疗AD的现状和存在的问题,本文对脑淋巴系统循环障碍在AD中的表现、通过颈深部淋巴管-静脉吻合术改善该循环障碍进而治疗AD的可行性作一综述,为AD的治疗提供参考。
【Abstract】 Traditionally, it was believed that the human brain lacked lymphatic vessels. However, recent studies have progressively confirmed the existence of meningeal lymphatic vessels and the glymphatic system. Alzheimer disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder, and brain lymphatic circulatory dysfunction may contribute to its development. This article reviews the current status and challenges of treating AD through the brain lymphatic system, examining the relationship between circulatory disorders and AD. Additionally, it explores the feasibility of enhancing lymphatic circulation through deep cervical lymphaticovenular anastomosis as a potential treatment for AD, providing a valuable reference for future therapeutic strategies.
