【摘要】 哺乳期是女性分娩后进入的一个特殊生理时期，身体处于恢复阶段，免疫力尚未恢复至产前水平，同时又承担着哺育婴儿等各种身心压力，容易发生口腔疾病。由于乳汁是新生儿重要的营养来源，产妇使用的任何药物都可能进入乳汁，对新生儿产生不良影响。在接诊哺乳期患者时，口腔医生不仅需要根据产妇的全身情况制定方案，还必须把握正确的治疗时机，掌握哺乳期用药知识才能尽量避免严重不良后果的发生。本文就哺乳期口腔疾病治疗的时机选择、药物使用、麻醉和影像检查安全性以及产妇的家庭口腔保健进行归纳总结，以期为哺乳期口腔疾病的临床治疗提供一定参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lactation is a special physiological period after delivery. Breast milk is the only source of nutrition for newborns. Any medication taken by the mother may enter the breast milk and have side effects on newborns. Dentists must determine the correct treatment timing and master the guidelines of medication during breastfeeding. This article summarizes the timing, safety medication, anesthesia, and imaging examination of dental treatment during lactation.
