基于STM32的微流控芯片离心进样机设计
Design of microfluidic chip centrifugal injection machine based on STM32
【摘要】 针对某种微流控芯片在使用过程中需要保证微腔室全部充满样品液的要求,设计了基于STM32单片机的离心进样机。硬件方面,选用STM32F103ZET6型单片机作为控制器,选用ECMAC20602RS型伺服电机作为驱动电机,选用TK6051iP型触摸屏作为人机交互界面,设计了设备的整体硬件结构。软件方面,编写了基于Modbus协议的串口通信程序,设计了触摸屏人机交互界面,设计了设备的控制程序流程。通过实验对设备的功能进行了测试,实验结果表明,当转速和时间分别设置为1 500 r/min和120 s时,微腔室全部充满样品,并且没有出现液体渗漏,满足了微流控芯片的进样要求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of ensuring all micro chambers filled with sample fluid during the use process of a microfluidic chip,a centrifugal injection machine based on STM32 microcontroller is designed. In terms of hardware,STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller is used as controller,ECMAC20602RS servo motor is used as driving motor,TK6051iP touch screen is used as human machine interface,and the overall hardware structure of the machine is designed. In terms of software,the serial communication program based on Modbus protocol is written,the human machine interface of touch screen is designed,and the control program flow of the machine is designed. The function of the machine is tested by experiment,the experimental results show that when the rotational speed and time are set as 1500 r/min and 120 s respectively,all micro chambers are filled with sample,and there is no fluid leakage,which meets the sample injection requirement of microfluidic chip.
