【摘要】 Gorham-Stout综合征（Gorham-Stout disease, GSD）临床少见，易被失治误治，最终导致骨溶解及一系列并发症。本文报告1例GSD并左尺桡骨病理性骨折患者的临床特点及诊疗过程，并对相关文献进行回顾复习，探讨GSD的发病机制、临床特征及最新诊疗方案，提示GSD诊疗重点在于早期防治抑制病情，治疗方法因人而异，同时应进行抗骨质疏松治疗，避免发生进一步骨溶解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gorham-Stout disease( GSD) is a rare clinical condition that is easily misdiagnosed and mismanaged, which leads to osteolysis and a series of complications eventually. This article reports the clinical features and treatment process of a patient with GSD with left radius and ulna pathological fracture and reviews the relevant literature to discuss the pathogenesis, clinical features, and latest treatment options of GSD. It suggests that the key to the treatment of GSD is early prevention and control to suppress the progression of the disease, and the treatment should be tailored to each individual. At the same time, anti-osteoporosis treatment should be given to prevent further osteolysis.更多还原
