【摘要】 目的：观察神经性皮炎方内服联合中药洗剂外洗治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎的临床价值。方法：选取血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者共72例，随机分组，给予观察组36例神经性皮炎方内服联合中药洗剂外洗治疗，给予对照组常规治疗。两组均治疗6周，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后主客观症状评分变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率[94.4%(34/36)]高于对照组[72.2%(26/36)](P<0.05)；不良反应发生率[8.3%(3/36)]低于对照组[36.1%(13/36)](P<0.05)；治疗后相同时间点与对照组比较，观察组症状评分均偏低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：神经性皮炎方内服联合中药外洗治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎，标本兼治，临床效果肯定，有助于减轻临床症状，且不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical values of neurodermitis formula for internal administration and herbal lotion for external wash in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type of neuromermitis.Methods: All 72 patients were chosen and randomized into the groups, neurodermitis formula for internal administration and herbal lotion for external wash were administered to 36 patients of the observation group, and the control group adopted routine therapy. Both groups were treated for six weeks, To compare clinical effects, the incidences of adverse reaction, and the subjective and objective symptom scores before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was [94.4%(34/36)], higher than [55.6%(26/36)] of the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was [8.3%(3/36)],lower than [36.1%(13/36)] of the control group(P<0.05); after the treatment, symptom scores were lower in the observation group compared with the control group at the same time points, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Neurodermitis formula for internal administration and herbal lotion for external wash in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type of neuromermitis could treat the symptoms and the root causes simultaneously with definite clinical effects, the therapy could relieve clinical symptoms with minor adverse reactions.更多还原
