【摘要】 农民工“返乡潮”已经势不可挡，关注返乡农民工出路，促进返乡农民工就业创业，已经成为当前解决好“三农”问题的热点话题。为推动返乡农民工就业创业，通过分析四川革命老区返乡农民工就业创业现状与困境，提出促进农民工返乡就业创业的出路：畅通返乡农民工社保转移接续；推动产业融合发展，夯实老区产业基础；完善基础设施建设，补齐基本公共服务短板；创新就业创业培训体系，提升返乡农民工整体素质；加大要素保障力度，激发返乡农民工创业潜能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The"return tide"of migrant workers has become an irresistible trend,and focusing on the future of returning migrant workers and promoting their employment and entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in addressing the current"the three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers".To facilitate the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to their hometowns,this paper explores ways to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to the Sichuan revolutionary old district by analyzing their current situation and difficulties:facilitating the smooth transfer and continuation of social security for returning migrant workers;promoting the integrated development of industries to consolidate the industrial foundation of the old revolutionary areas;improving infrastructure construction and making up for the shortcomings of basic public services;innovating the employment and entrepreneurship training system to enhance the overall quality of returning migrant workers;increasing the protection of key factors to stimulate the entrepreneurial potential of returning migrant workers.更多还原
