【Abstract】 A dye,(E)-4-(4-(dimethylamino) styrene) benzonitrile, was synthesized from 4-cyanobenzyl bromide by introducing electron-withdrawing group cyano and electron-donating group dimethylamino into stilbene.The photophysical properties and theoretical calculations of the dye were studied, and the dye was applied to lysosomes.The results indicated that the dye has a significant ICT effect and has a good targeting effect in lysosomes.更多还原
