V/Nb基合金氢分离膜的制备与性能研究进展
Research progress on preparation and properties of V/Nb-based alloy hydrogen separation membranes
【摘要】 目前,开发可再生能源已经成为全球可持续能源战略中的一个重要内容。氢能是世界上最清洁的能源,被认为是最有潜力的替代能源。目前工业制氢含有大量杂质,因此,氢的提纯是利用氢能不可或缺的一环。目前钯及其合金膜在氢分离上是最常见的材料,但它们过于昂贵和产量不足,我们需要去寻找新的性能优异的氢分离膜。研究发现V/Nb及其合金膜的氢渗透系数远大于Pd,且成本相比钯金属更为低廉,是替代Pd金属的最佳氢分离膜材料。目前对V/Nb基合金膜的研究已有许多,本文介绍了合金膜的透氢原理、氢分离膜的制备方法及其优缺点以及V/Nb基合金近年来的研究现状,并展望未来氢分离膜的研究发展趋势。
【Abstract】 At present, the development of renewable energy has become an important part of the global sustainable energy strategy. Hydrogen is the cleanest energy in the world and is considered to be the most promising alternative energy. Industrial hydrogen production contains a large number of impurities. Therefore, the purification of hydrogen is an indispensable part of the use of hydrogen energy. Palladium and its alloy membranes are the most common materials for hydrogen separation, but they are too expensive and insufficient in yield. We need to find new hydrogen separation membranes with excellent performance. It is found that the hydrogen permeability coefficient of V/Nb and its alloy membranes is much larger than that of Pd, and the cost is lower than that of Pd metal, which is the best hydrogen separation membrane material to replace Pd metal. At present, there are many studies on V/Nb-based alloy membranes. This paper introduces the principle of hydrogen permeation of alloy membranes, the preparation methods of hydrogen separation membranes and their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the research status of V/Nb-based alloys in recent years, and looks forward to the future research and development trend of hydrogen separation membranes.
