【摘要】 随着近年来家长对孩子身高的关注度与日俱增，身材偏矮儿童的就诊率不断升高。身材偏矮会造成孩子的自信心降低、抑郁等不良心理反应，严重影响孩子的正常学习生活。多数医家认为其病因病机与脾肾二脏相关，在中医整体观念辨证施治理论指导下，治疗方案有中药内服、中医外治法如穴位贴敷、推拿抚触、耳穴贴压等，均取得较好的临床疗效。此文就中医对于身材偏矮儿童的病因病机、治疗等方面进行综述，旨在提高对该病的认识，为临床治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing attention of parents to the height of their children in recent years, the consultation rate of short children has been increasing. Short stature will cause children’s self-confidence, depression and other adverse psychological reactions, seriously affecting children’s normal learning and life. Most doctors believe that the etiology and pathogenesis of the spleen and kidney are related to the two viscera, under the guidance of the theory of holistic concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment, there are oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupoint application, massage, auricular point pressing, etc., all of which have achieved good clinical efficacy. Therefore, this paper summarized the etiology and treatment of short stature children in traditional Chinese medicine, aiming to improve the understanding of this disease and provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.更多还原
