【摘要】 目的 观察活血止痛洗剂在治疗桡骨远端骨折手法整复外固定后功能恢复中的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月于曲阜市中医院就诊的桡骨远端骨折患者共80例，随机平均分为2组。对照组单纯采用常规康复训练治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上配合活血止痛洗剂熏洗。2周后，对2组患者的疼痛、腕关节功能评分、总有效率及患者满意度进行对比。结果 治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组腕关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 该治疗方法疗效确切，优于单纯常规康复训练。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong prescription lotion in functional recovery after manual reconstruction of distal radius fracture with external fixation. Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture who were treated in Qufu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training alone, and the treatment group was combined with fumigation with Huoxue Zhitong prescription lotion on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks, pain, wrist function score, total effective rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The wrist function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of this method is more accurate than that of conventional rehabilitation training.更多还原
