【摘要】 目的 观察温肝汤联合恩替卡韦治疗肝阳虚型乙肝肝硬化代偿期临床疗效。方法 随机数字表法将80例肝阳虚型乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。2组患者均采用恩替卡韦胶囊抗病毒治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药温肝汤，治疗24周后比较2组疗效和中医证候积分、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBil)、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和透明质酸(HA)及肝硬度值(LSM)。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA、LSM、ALT、AST、TBil均低于对照组(P<0.05),ALB高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 温肝汤联合恩替卡韦有效缓解肝阳虚证乙肝肝硬化代偿期临床症状，改善肝功能，减轻肝纤维化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wengan decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of liver yang deficiency hepatitis B cirrhosis in compensatory stage. Methods According to the method of random number table, 80 patients with liver yang deficiency hepatitis B cirrhosis in compensatory stage were divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases. Both groups of patients were treated with anti-virus therapy of Entecavir capsules, while the observation group was treated with Wengan decoction on the basis of Entecavir. After 24 weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups and the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, liver function indicators, serum liver fibrosis indicators, and liver hardness values were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome score, PCⅢ, Ⅳ-C, LN, HA, LSM, ALT, AST and TBil in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and ALB was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wengan decoction combined with Entecavir can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve liver function, and alleviate liver fibrosis.更多还原
