【摘要】 慢性肾脏病为临床常见疾病，中医药治疗慢性肾脏病有明显的优势。孙升云教授从事肾脏疾病临床和科研工作近30年，认为慢性肾脏病乃本虚标实，以脾肾亏虚为本，随着病情进展，水湿、浊毒、瘀血等多种病理产物互为因果，逐渐形成慢性肾脏病“虚、毒、瘀”的基本病机，孙教授在治疗上以补肾固肾、益气健脾、祛湿降浊、活血行血、凉血化瘀为原则，辨证施治，现通过病因病机、治则治法、常用配伍药对、验案举隅方面探析其临床治疗经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic kidney disease is a common clinical disease, and Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Professor Sun Shengyun has been engaged in clinical and scientific research work of kidney disease for nearly 30 years. He believes that chronic kidney disease is characterized by deficiency of the essence and deficiency of the spleen and kidney. With the progression of the disease, various pathological products such as dampness, turbid and blood stasis are causal to each other, gradually forming the basic pathogenesis of "deficiency, toxicity and stasis" of chronic kidney disease. In the treatment, Professor Sun takes the principles of tonifying kidney and strengthening kidney, invigorating qi and invigorating spleen, removing dampness and reducing turbidity, promoting blood circulation and cooling blood to remove blood stasis as the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
