【Abstract】 Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disease, often complicated with recurrent pregnancy loss. The pathogenesis of antiphospholipid syndrome has not been fully understood. In addition, there are a good many side effects and limitations in the current treatment of Western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated sufficient experience in the long history in treating antiphospholipid syndrome. Most doctors believe that the core of the pathogenesis of antiphospholipid syndrome is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and the main symptom types include kidney deficiency, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis, etc. In terms of treatment, therapeutic methods vary from person to person according to patients’ different syndromes, so that the symptoms and pregnancy success rate can be improved.
