【摘要】 目的 观察与分析督灸疗法在强直性脊柱炎患者治疗中的效果。方法 将120例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各60例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理，干预组在此基础上实施督灸疗法干预。分别于干预前、干预后30 d、90 d、180 d观察2组患者疗效变化。结果 治疗后，干预组晨僵时间评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上进行督灸疗法可明显改善强直性脊柱炎患者的关节功能，治疗效果更为显著，且具有较高的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Du moxibustion therapy on the joint function of ankylosing spondylitis patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the intervention group was treated with Du moxibustion therapy on this basis. The changes of curative effect were observed before intervention, 30 days, 90 days and 180 days after intervention. Results The scores of morning rigor time, visual analogue scale(VAS), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) after treatment in the intervention group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Du moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment has more significant therapeutic effect, can significantly improve joint function and has high safety.更多还原
