【摘要】 目的 观察木防己汤合真武汤-艾灸序贯疗法对心力衰竭(阳虚水泛型)患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月滑县中医院收治的120例慢性心衰患者为研究对象，将研究对象随机分为试验组(60例)与对照组(60例)。对照组给予西药治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予木防己汤合真武汤加味，下午给予艾灸气海、关元、水道治疗，治疗4周后比较2组患者的效果，观察指标为NAHY心功能分级、Lee氏心衰积分、中医证候积分、左室射血分数、BNP疗效指标、安全性分析。结果 试验组和对照组治疗4周后的上述指标明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对此类患者采用木防己汤合真武汤-艾灸序贯疗法治疗，能明显改善慢性心衰患者心功能指标及临床症状，可以在临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Mufangji decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with moxibustion sequential therapy on chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and edema type. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Huaxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases. The control group was given Western medicine treatment, and the experimental group was given moxibustion Qihai(BL24), Guanyuan(RN4) and Shuidao(ST28) in the afternoon on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effects of the two groups were compared, and the observation indicators were NAHY cardiac function grade, Lee’s heart failure score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, left ventricular ejection fraction, BNP efficacy index and safety analysis were observed. Results The above indexes of experimental group and control group were significantly improved after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Mufangji decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with moxibustion sequential therapy can significantly improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and edema type, which is worthy of widespread clinical application.更多还原
