【Abstract】 The traditional way of tube-tube sheet fillet weld detection is to use PT detection. The PT detection method has its own shortcomings, can only detect the surface opening defects, buried defects in the weld, this detection method is no longer effective. It is one of the common phenomena in the use of equipment failure leakage which brings danger to production and life safety. It is very important to ensure the quality of fillet weld of tube-tube sheet.
