管子-管板角焊缝无损检测研究
Study on non-destructive testing of fillet welds of tube-tube sheet
【摘要】 管子-管板角焊缝检测传统的方式是采用PT检测。PT的检测方法有其自身的缺点,只能检测表面开口的缺陷,置于焊缝中埋藏的缺陷,这种检测方法就不再奏效。在设备运用的故障中泄露是常见的现象之一,这给生产及生命安全带来危险。保证管子-管板角焊缝的质量就显得尤为重要。本文介绍管子-管板角焊内部缺陷无损检测的另一种方法:采用X射线棒阳向后透照的方式对管子-管板进行射线照相。
【Abstract】 The traditional way of tube-tube sheet fillet weld detection is to use PT detection. The PT detection method has its own shortcomings, can only detect the surface opening defects, buried defects in the weld, this detection method is no longer effective. It is one of the common phenomena in the use of equipment failure leakage which brings danger to production and life safety. It is very important to ensure the quality of fillet weld of tube-tube sheet. This paper introduces another method of non-destructive testing of internal defects of tube-tube sheet fillet welding: radiography of tube-tube sheet by means of backward transmittance of X-ray rod.
