锅炉高效灵活性调峰及节能减碳关键性技术
Research on key technologies of high efficiency and flexibility peak shaving and energy saving and carbon reduction of boiler
【摘要】 新型电力系统背景下,燃煤发电将向兜底保供、灵活性调节电源转变。灵活性改造是对机组局部设备或系统的调整或更换,在提升调节能力的同时,也对机组整体运行带来不利的影响。因此,需要从设计、制造、运行全链条出发,研发具备更高效更灵活的机组,哈锅针对火电灵活性方面已开展大量的理论和实践研究,也得到了一定的技术推广和应用,本文主要针对哈锅火电灵活性关键技术进行探讨。
【Abstract】 Under the background of the new power system, coal-fired power generation will change to comprehensive supply and flexible regulation of power supply. Flexibility transformation refers to the adjustment or replacement of local equipment or systems of the unit, which not only improves the regulation capacity, but also has an adverse impact on the overall operation of the unit. Therefore, it is necessary to design and manufacture. Starting from the whole chain of operation and developing more efficient and flexible units, Harbin boiler has carried out a lot of theoretical and practical research on thermal power flexibility, and has also been popularized and applied. This paper mainly discusses the key technologies of thermal power flexibility of Harbin boiler.
